Ann Doty pdoty@iastate.edu (515) 294-4521, the retirement information specialist, can meet individually with university employees and offer retirement planning workshops.  Ann earned a Bachelor of Science degree from ISU with a major in psychology and minors in social work and philosophy.  Her Master's Degree in social work, with a dual concentration in administration and counseling, is from the University of Iowa. She has served an internship with the State of Iowa Public Health Department and was a personal counselor, group facilitator and director of the Center for Personal Development in Ames. Ann worked for 4 years as a licensed personal financial adviser before coming to Iowa State University in August of 1999.

Mike Otis, motis@iastate.edu (515) 294-4977. Mike is the Benefits Manger for ISU and is responsible for all employee benefit programs including ISU retirement plans. Mike has a BA degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a MBA from the University of Nebraska. Mike has over 20 years of benefits management and human resource experience. Mike also has professional certifications as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
