Employees can now access their own Delta Dental claims and eligibility information through the Internet. Online access is now available from the Delta Dental Web Site at www.deltadentalia.com

Members will select the "Subscriber Connection" option on the Home Page. Simply provide the contract holder's last name, date of birth and Delta Dental identification number (found on your ID card) to obtain access to personal records.

Members will be able to view benefit information such as deductibles, coinsurance and maximums. The eligibility option allows the member to see who is covered on their Delta Dental Contract. Claims information displays payment history as well as deductibles and lifetime maximums that have been met.
