Address Changes & Direct Deposit Change

ADDRESS CHANGE:
You can change your home and/or office address in one of the following ways:

• Login to Access Plus under Employee Tab

                                   OR

• Fax the changes to (515) 294-8226
• E-mail the changes to hrsrecord@iastate.edu
• Mail in the change of address form or letter with the changes
  • (Adobe PDF)
• Come into our office in 3810 Beardshear Hall

DIRECT DEPOSIT CHANGE:
To change your direct deposit, do one of the following:

• Login to Access Plus under Employee Tab

                              OR 

• Mail in the change of address form or letter with the changes
  • (Adobe PDF)
• Fax the changes to (515) 294-8226
• E-mail the changes to hrsrecord@iastate.edu
• Come into our office in 3810 Beardshear Hall
