12+ Supervisory Leadership Program

Organizations are calling for employees at all levels to take on responsibilities that were previously reserved only for upper-level managers. This has changed the nature of managerial work. To help guide you through these changes, we have developed a program incorporating the book "Successful Manager's Handbook" 7th edition by Gebelein, Nelson-Neuhaus, Skube, Lee, Stevens, Hellervik and Davis. 12+ is a comprehensive series of workshops designed to help supervisors build the tactical day-to-day skills and competencies they need to work effectively with team members, peers, and customers. This series is priced at $610.00 and requires a supervisor to complete a minimum of twelve workshops within a 2-year period to obtain certification.
