Self Service Through AccessPlus
As an employee you may conduct many employee transactions or obtain personal information through the employee tab on AccessPlus, the University's web based information system.
You can log into AccessPlus using your University Identification Number (UID), Social Security Number, or Confirmation Number and a password that you have established.
Dependent on your employment status, under the employee tab you will find
Account/U-bill - includes set up of direct deposit and payroll deductions
Address Change - Update your university record with changes to your home and office Address
Benefits Information - Statement of your benefits and insurance participation
CyCash - CyCash is a feature of your ISUCard. On AccessPlus you can check balance or add value
Development Grant - P&S employees may apply for financial support for learning and development activities in their profession
Dining Charge Plan -
Direct Deposit - Make changes to electronic direct deposit of payroll and other payments from Iowa State University
Emergency Contact Information - Designate who to contact if you are seriously injured or become seriously ill or are missing.
Employee Reimbursement - Travel and non travel expenses
HRS Training - Registration for training offered by university departments
ISU Alert - Sign up for emergency notification.
Payroll Information - Earnings statement, Vacation and Sick Leave balances, and Year to Date Earnings
Third Party Access - To allow others to access your AccessPlus information
Tuition Grant - Tuition Reimbursement for merit and P&S staff
Web Based Training - Discrimination & Harassment Prevention, Drug Free Workplace, FERPA, Invite Diversity
Work Injury - Report accidents or injuries that occur in the course of employment
W2 - Elect to receive W2 electronically and view on line
