Effective November 1, 2009 and ending on June 30, 2010, each Defined Contribution Retirement Plan of Iowa State University of Science and Technology shall be amended

Remaining terms of the Plans shall remain in force and unchanged.

This change does not affect individuals participating in the Iowa Public Employers Retirement System (IPERS)
